As the Director - Business Development Manager at IMC Group, a leading cross-border advisory firm specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) services, you will play a crucial role in expanding the outsourcing division's client base and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, leading a team of business development professionals, staying updated on industry trends, overseeing proposal development, monitoring performance metrics, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Outsourcing Division's client base. - Identify new business opportunities and industry trends to drive revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing solutions to meet client needs. - Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, setting clear objectives and providing guidance. - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Identify new market opportunities to capitalize on, ensuring the continued growth and relevance of IMC Group's outsourcing services. - Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to specific client requirements. - Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the outsourcing division. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. - Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving requirements and provide tailored solutions. - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and delivery of high-quality services. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (12 to 15 years) in a senior business development or sales role within the outsourcing industry. - Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. - Strong network and relationships within target industries and regions. - Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
