Job Description:

As Director - Business Development at Adsyndicate, you will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base. Preference will be given to candidates with established connections to Brand and Marketing Managers, as well as key decision-makers in sectors such as Retail, Real Estate, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Automobiles, FMCG, and Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

Should move with ready business with an excellent business plan and generate leads with new clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Prepare and present proposals and pitches to brand managers and marketing heads of leading companies with the intent to win business.

Nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive up-selling opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of advertising and digital solutions that align with the client's objectives.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate threats.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market dynamics.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, PG in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in business development and client management within an agency environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
