As a Director in the Customer & Operations (C&O) Advisory practice, you will be responsible for leading strategic transformation engagements in specific industries. You will work with clients to drive growth, optimize operations, and make data-backed decisions. By building trusted relationships with CXOs, you will shape enterprise-wide strategies and deliver tangible results. Your role will involve implementing solutions, collaborating with CXOs, and aligning with their business goals.
