Position Summary
The Director – Admissions & Branding will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, admissions, and public relations initiatives for REVA University.
The role demands a visionary leader capable of enhancing REVA’s brand visibility, driving domestic and international student enrolments, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
The incumbent will collaborate with internal leadership, academic schools, and external partners to position REVA as a preferred destination for higher education in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement annual Marketing, Branding, PR, and Admissions strategies aligned with the University’s vision and growth targets.
- Serve as the central point for planning, execution, and evaluation of all brand and admissions-related initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all communication channels.
- Support the Registrar and Management in strategic decision-making and institutional positioning.
2. Marketing & Brand Management
- Act as the focal point for annual marketing communications planning, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy.
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns (Print, Digital, Outdoor, Television, Radio, and Social Media).
- Innovate in digital marketing approaches to enhance visibility and engagement across global audiences.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and measure campaign ROI through analytics, feedback, and performance reports.
3. Public Relations & External Communications
- Plan, execute, and manage PR strategies and campaigns that build positive public perception.
- Draft and review press releases, media statements, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, influencers, and key public stakeholders.
- Represent REVA University at conferences, media interactions, and public events.
- Ensure timely dissemination of accurate information through traditional and digital PR channels.
4. Admissions & Revenue Growth
- Drive student recruitment across all programmes and schools of the University.
- Design and execute targeted admission campaigns to attract quality students from India and abroad.
- Build partnerships with educational consultants, institutions, and international bodies to expand student outreach.
- Achieve annual revenue and admissions targets with measurable YoY growth.
- Monitor the complete admissions funnel—enquiry to enrolment—and optimize conversion ratios.
5. Process Excellence & SOP Implementation
- Develop, implement, and review SOPs for Marketing, Branding, Admissions, and PR processes.
- Establish standard reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and review frameworks for performance evaluation.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring transparency, cost optimization, and timely reporting.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of marketing, branding, and admissions professionals.
- Encourage innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
- Design and implement training programs for team capability enhancement.
- Ensure leadership succession planning and maintain zero attrition in the department.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.Preferred:
Doctorate or advanced certification in Marketing, Brand Management, or Higher Education Administration.Experience:
Minimum 15 years
of progressive experience in marketing, admissions, or brand management, preferably in the education sector with at least 5 years
in a leadership role.- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale marketing campaigns, handling large numbers, and achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
