Head Academics & Delivery – WILL

Work Integrated Learning for Leadership (WILL) is an executive education initiative by GUS Global Services. This program aims to bridge the industry skill gap and build future-ready leaders by combining academic learning with practical experience. WILL provides upskilling courses in areas like management, finance, and analytics, including customized leadership programs for different career stages.

The Solution and Delivery Lead at WILL plays a pivotal role in architecting and delivering innovative learning programs that meet client needs and industry standards. This leadership position requires end-to-end ownership of program design, program management, and faculty coordination, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional learner outcomes. The role also demands strong cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Architecture & Curriculum Design

• Design and refine program structures and learning pathways tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with the latest industry practices and trends.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and faculty (internal and external) to curate curriculum, high-quality content (PPTs, readings, videos) and develop program approaches that meet specific client needs.
• Oversee all aspects of program delivery, including session planning, faculty coordination, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless and impactful learner experience.

Batch and Program Management

• Plan, launch, and manage multiple batches across various WILL programs, in coordination with academic partners, independent SMEs, and boutique consulting firms.
• Drive the execution process to ensure smooth scheduling, assessment administration, and feedback mechanisms.
• Uphold high standards of delivery, communication, and operational efficiency across all program batches.

Faculty Coordination

• Identify, onboard, and manage external faculty from WILL’s key competency areas.
• Collaborate with internal faculty to develop course delivery schedules and maintain academic rigor.
• Organize expert lectures, workshops, and industry interaction sessions to enrich program offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between sales teams, program coordinators, faculty, and external vendors, ensuring coordination and alignment of objectives.
• Compile and present regular reports on batch progress, cost structures /P&L view at program level, customer feedback, and operational improvement initiatives for management review.
• Identify, suggest, and deploy technology tools for operational efficiency (e.g., scheduling platforms, reporting dashboards) and academic enhancement (e.g., simulation platforms, assessment tools).
