Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director Academics located in Firozpur. The Director Academics will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum development, creating educational strategies, conducting research, teaching, and training. The individual will ensure the highest quality of education and academic standards are maintained while working closely with faculty and staff to foster a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
• Proficiency in conducting Research and Teaching
• Skills in Training and guiding educational staff
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an added advantage
