About the role:

Digitalization Specialist

digital transformation within Engineering or an EPC/EPF project environments

Your Mission

• Audit current digital tools and platforms (including legacy ERPs and workflows).
• Define and propose a fully integrated and scalable digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.).
• Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative tech across the organization.
• Foster adoption through change management, training, and cultural alignment.
• Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement a Group-wide digitalization roadmap.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose tech solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee digital projects across operations, finance, HR, legal, and international sites.
• Promote automation (RPA), process optimization, and advanced data tools.
• Lead cross-functional change management and digital skills development.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years

  of experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives in engineering-intensive environments (e.g., EPC, EPF, energy, or industrial projects).
• Strong technical foundation in enterprise systems.
• CRM & business platforms (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics),
• RPA, ECM, BI tools, and system architecture design/integration.
• Hands-on proficiency with key IT tools & languages.
• Experience working with relational/non-relational databases and API-driven systems.
• Proven track record in evaluating, selecting, and implementing complex IT systems—ideally across multi-country or multi-disciplinary operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or Master’s in Digital Business/Transformation is a valued plus.
• Languages: Fluent English (essential for global collaboration).
