Digital Transformation Lead

Role Purpose

Work with the company’s digital transformation agenda to streamline operations, eliminate paperwork, and build scalable, efficient systems to support international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digitisation roadmap aligned with company strategy.

• Evaluate and optimise existing business systems (ERP, CRM, workflow tools).

• Drive automation and paperless processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.

• Ensure systems are scalable for global expansion and regulatory compliance.

• Manage vendor relationships with IT providers and implementation partners.

• Set KPIs for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

• Build and mentor an internal digital transformation/IT team.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience in digital transformation, IT operations, or CIO/CTO roles.

• Strong track record in implementing ERP/CRM/supply chain automation.

• Proven ability to deliver cost efficiency and process optimisation.

• Regional/global exposure, preferably in tech distribution, retail, or telecom.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• IT degree preferred in Computer Science from a reputed university
