Digital Transformation Lead

You will play a strategic role in guiding the organization through its digital journey, focusing on adopting modern digital technologies to enhance efficiencies, scale up operations, and elevate service levels for customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing the current state of the organization's technology, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities. - Managing and optimizing digital tools, platforms, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Collaborating with stakeholders, SAP, BI, and functional teams to address operational and business challenges with the appropriate digital solutions. - Leading digital transformation projects and being a key member in the implementation of CRM & SAP HANA project. - Cultivating a digital culture within the organization by leveraging smart technology for problem-solving. - Applying Industry 4.0 concepts to measure, automate, and enhance processes. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives at an organizational level. - Core competencies in change management, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading digital transformation projects. - Educational background in B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Computer Science. - SAP knowhow would be considered an added advantage.,
