Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Engineers to join our Industrial Enclosure business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and retaining business share, while also developing new customers in target regions and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
• Retain and defend market share in assigned accounts by providing technical and commercial support.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts in target geographies and industry sectors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, customer applications, and market trends.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on activities and results.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related fields).
• 2 to 3 years of relevant sales or technical experience in industrial or electrical product domains.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and provide application-based solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
