Digital Transformation Lead

This strategic role is responsible for guiding the organization in its digital journey, driving the adoption of modern digital technologies to improve efficiencies, scale up operations, and enhance service levels to customers. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives at an organizational level. The core competencies required for this role include change management, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading digital transformation projects. A qualification of B.E / B.tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Computer Science is necessary, and SAP knowhow would be considered an added advantage. Key responsibilities of this role include assessing the current state of the organization's technology, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities, managing and optimizing digital tools, platforms, and workflows for efficiency and productivity, collaborating with SAP, BI, and functional teams to address operational and business challenges through digital solutions, playing a key role in the implementation of CRM & SAP HANA projects, developing a digital culture within the organization by leveraging smart technology for problem-solving, and utilizing Industry 4.0 concepts to measure, automate, and enhance processes.,
