📍 Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

🕒 Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Monday to Saturday)

💼 Experience: 2–4 years (Healthcare/Pathology/Diagnostics/FMCG preferred)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)


  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage and improve CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.

  • Build and optimize landing pages for conversions (A/B testing).

  • Monitor funnel performance and suggest enhancements to improve journey and conversion rate.


2️⃣ Digital Campaign Execution


  • Support broader digital strategies for brand visibility and patient acquisition.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.


3️⃣ SEO & Website Management


  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic backlink coordination.

  • Update website pages, test information, and SEO-friendly content.


4️⃣ Social Media & Content


  • Plan and manage monthly social media calendars.

  • Publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Collaborate with designers/writers to create ads, reels, infographics, and promotional assets.


5️⃣ Online Reputation Management


  • Monitor and respond to patient reviews on Google, Practo, Justdial, etc.

  • Track online queries and engagement from patients and doctors.


6️⃣ Analytics, Reporting & Insights


  • Use GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Insights, Google Ads dashboards to track performance.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on traffic, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.

  • Provide data-backed suggestions to reduce costs and improve performance.


7️⃣ Coordination & Collaboration


  • Work closely with sales, operations, call center, and medical teams for campaign alignment.

  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and designers for timely deliveries.


🔹 Key Requirements


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related field.


  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience with strong exposure to performance marketing.


  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM & analytics tools.


  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot/Mailchimp, or similar tools.


  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Understanding of healthcare marketing ethics and patient data privacy.


⭐ Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)


  • Experience in healthcare/B2B marketing to doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
  • Knowledge of local/regional diagnostics market trends.
  • Basic video editing or influencer collaboration experience.
