Digital & Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online platforms. You will focus heavily on performance-based campaigns to maximize ROI through channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Track conversion rates to evaluate campaign performance.

- Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

- Analyze customer behavior and digital trends to refine targeting strategies.

- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic growth.

- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Data Studio.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively with a focus on ROI and cost optimization.

- Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
