Interpreter Customer Service

to support our global customer base in an international multinational corporation (MNC). This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams across language barriers. The ideal candidate will provide real-time verbal and written interpretation to enhance the customer experience and maintain our global service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and clear interpretation during customer service interactions via phone, email, live chat, or video calls.
Translate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to internal teams and relay responses back to the customer in their native language.
Support multilingual customer service agents by bridging communication gaps with non-English-speaking clients.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication, ensuring the customers tone and intent are conveyed properly.
Work closely with support, technical, and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Translate customer support documents, FAQs, or service scripts when required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
Keep updated on company policies, product updates, and terminology relevant to customer support.
