Trainee Customer Service Representative(International Voice Process).

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Strong call taking skills with active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to interpret data, perform analysis and suggest solutions for smooth functionality.
  • Managing customer escalations effectively and escalating if needed.
  • Perform tasks assigned by a supervisor

Minimum Qualification:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible with Night shift.
