Job Description

Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role with demonstrable success in hiring for technical positions. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills, including but not limited to software development, systems architecture, data management, and cybersecurity. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment marketing platforms. Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex recruitment challenges. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field preferred. Why Join Us?
