Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with strong experience in content creation, paid advertising, campaign management, and promotional strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.



Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet brand and performance goals.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Social Media etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • 2. Content Strategy & Production

    • Create, strategize, and oversee high-quality content for social media, blogs, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
    • Work with content creators, designers, and video teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and digital best practices.
  • 3. Performance Marketing & Advertising

    • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
    • Optimize campaigns for ROI, cost efficiency, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • 4. Social Media Management

    • Plan and manage social media calendars, content schedules, and community engagement.
    • Track performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
  • 5. SEO & Website Optimization

    • Coordinate with SEO specialists to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
    • Suggest improvements for landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnels.
  • 6. Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor KPIs across campaigns and platforms using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
  • 7. Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and product teams to support campaigns.
    • Brief creative teams for ad campaigns, videos, and promotional content.


  • Qualifications & Skills

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, and paid campaigns.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and content strategy.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, etc.
  • Preferred:

    • Experience with marketing automation tools.
    • Experience in creating video scripts, reels, or content briefs.
    • Certifications in Google Ads, or Digital Marketing.
