Job Title: Digital Marketing (SEO) Team LeadJob Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced SEO Team Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies, leading a team of SEO specialists, and collaborating across departments to drive organic traffic growth, enhance online visibility, and improve SERP rankings across key platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and content strategists. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct regular site audits and recommend technical SEO improvements. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions). Oversee keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with content, development, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Stay current with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends. Manage SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Ensure consistent and high-quality SEO content strategy across all platforms. Work closely with paid media and social teams to align cross-channel strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices. Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, and Magento) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong team management and leadership capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in international SEO and local SEO strategies. Familiarity with AI tools and automation in SEO. Google Analytics Certification or equivalent is a plus.
