We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead with 6+ years of proven experience in a service-based company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth through strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and team leadership. You will lead a team of digital marketers to generate quality leads, build brand authority, and enhance digital visibility across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the in-house digital marketing team and external vendors (if any). Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies tailored to B2B/service-based offerings. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) focused on lead generation. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for service-based keywords. Plan and coordinate content marketing (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) aligned to business services. Create and monitor marketing automation workflows for nurturing and converting leads. Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, HubSpot, etc. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) meet target criteria. Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and digital innovations in the service sector. Manage campaign budgets, KPIs, and report weekly/monthly performance to stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in a service-based or B2B environment .. Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Content Strategy, and CRM tools. Strong knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp). Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
