We are looking for a passionate and data-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

Performance Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative strategy, and technical expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. If you are enthusiastic about leveraging data, performance metrics, and audience insights to scale digital presence, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and display campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
  • SEO Management: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in organic rankings and website visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage search, display, and retargeting campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console; analyze data to improve CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
  • Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct detailed keyword analysis and collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly web copy, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Ad Copy & Creative Development: Work with the design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs that align with campaign goals.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate ad budgets across channels, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable marketing strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
