Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook), Google Ads, and Google My Business (GMB). This role requires a strategic thinker who can create engaging content, manage paid ad campaigns, oversee the content team, and drive measurable business growth through online channels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Develop and manage content calendars. Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner. Paid Advertising: Create, optimize, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display) . Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting. Google My Business (GMB): Optimize GMB listings for multiple locations (if applicable). Manage reviews, post updates, and ensure NAP consistency across the web. Track insights and local performance. Team & Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters. Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. Work with other departments (Sales, Design, SEO) to align digital marketing goals. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Use tools like Google Analytics , Meta Insights , and Google Ads Manager . Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights. Other Tasks: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies. Recommend new tools, platforms, and creative approaches for campaign improvements. Qualification 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads and social media. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and GMB . Proficient in Canva , Hootsuite , Google Analytics , or similar tools. Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills. Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel optimization, and remarketing strategies. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience managing marketing teams or freelancers.
