Job Summary Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment. Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates. Must identify the suitable requirement for available consultants Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic and result oriented. Willing to work on tight deadlines. A person must have W2 and C2C, Contract to hire positions. & Citizens marketing experience in US staffing. Build a strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts. Work with different job portals like DICE, Monster, Tec fetch, Career Builders, ProHires etc. Should be familiar with posting requirements and generating effective leads for job opportunities for bench consultants through social media ---LinkedIn groups, Google groups, Face book etc. Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task.
