Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Marketing the resume of bench CPT, OPT, H1, GC Consultants for various positions

available in the market

Responsibilities include calling the candidates and prime vendors, presenting consultant,

negotiating & finalizing contracts.

Keep track of candidate arrival to bench and getting their updated resume ready to

market.

Posting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.
Searching on Job sites like dice, monster, career builder, techfetch etc. to find suitable

positions for exiting consultants and communicate existing contact.

Calling clients/vendors on regular basis for requirements and submitting their profile to

the clients

Negotiating the rates while submitting resumes to vendors and giving feedbacks to the

vendors about the interviews on regular basis.

Scheduling the interviews and follow up with them and maintaining a pipeline of

candidate interviews.

Participating in weekly Meetings with superiors to monitor progress, updates, and status

of Requirements and candidates submitted.
