Architect Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Experience in Designing, planning and scheduling of public/private building projects Scheduling and monitoring of multiple tasks to meet timelines & aesthetic of buildings Ability to work autonomously and as part of team Excellent verbal, Coordination, and written communication skills Reaching and understanding Shop/house/apartment drawings, preliminary & definitive drawings, GFC drawings etc Prepare - Maintain the various trackers for design basis reports & drawings for the architectural submission from contractor agencies Identify project Architectural specific risks & report with mitigation plan/ measures Create variance reports at various stages of the project to analyse deviations in architectural drawings submission from contractor Prepare required presentations for project progress & review meetings with client & contractors on architectural concepts of buildings in project Ensure optimal utilization of all standard tools and processes Perform regular analysis of submissions from contractor Coordination with client and Execution team See and execute the work execution as per Aesthetic & architectural point of view Suggest & workout the architectural & finishes details Excellent coordination with Structural Engineer, execution engineers, staff of project stockholder for effective job execution Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive). Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is desirable. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect
