Architect Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs, layouts, and blueprints in compliance with project requirements and building codes.
  
• Collaborate with structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure design feasibility and integration.
  
• Prepare concept designs, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings using CAD and BIM software.
  
• Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
  
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
  
• Evaluate materials, construction methods, and sustainable design options to optimize cost, performance, and aesthetics.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements.
  
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and design documentation for client approval.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  
• Professional license/registration as an Architect or Engineer.
  
• [2 to 5+] years of experience in architectural design, construction, or project coordination.
  
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar design software.

• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
