Working Schedule:

: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Work Location:

Role & responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, concepts, layouts, and building plans
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP engineers
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
prepare project presentations, BOQs, and design proposals for clients
Review material specifications and provide technical guidance
Oversee construction activities to ensure design accuracy
Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk analysis for proposed designs
Handle modification in designs based on client feedback and site requirements

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
Expertise in CAD & design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max etc.)
Creativity and strong visualization skills
Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
