Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and take charge of driving impactful campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground initiatives. This is a full-time, office-based role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic planning and execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
• Plan and manage on-ground marketing activities, including events, activations, outdoor promotions, and local collaborations to enhance brand presence and drive footfall.
• Build partnerships with corporate groups, local businesses, and influencers to create visibility and promotional opportunities.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports using common metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI.

Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing and brand communication.
• Hands-on experience in offline marketing and event-based campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with basic marketing tools for tracking, CRM, and reporting.
• A self-driven, creative, and analytical mindset with strong ownership.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
