Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Digital Marketer to lead data-driven campaigns, optimize performance using intelligent tools, and create impactful customer journeys across digital touchpoints. This role blends classic digital marketing with modern AI technologies to achieve high ROI and scalable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. AI-Powered Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai for ad copy, blog content, email sequences
  • Leverage AI for A/B testing, predictive analytics, and personalization at scale

2. Content & SEO Strategy

  • Create high-performing content strategies using AI SEO tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, Semrush)
  • Develop and optimize keyword-based blog content using generative AI
  • Manage content calendars and automate scheduling via tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Publer

3. Social Media & Influencer Collaboration

  • Use AI for social listening and trend analysis
  • Engage with micro and macro influencers through automated tools
  • Generate creative concepts using AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora)

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and AI dashboards
  • Use predictive models for customer behavior, churn, and sales forecasting
  • Monitor and report performance across channels; provide data-backed insights

5. Marketing Automation

  • Set up and optimize workflows in platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp
  • Personalize customer journeys using AI-based triggers and behavior patterns
  • Automate retargeting, abandoned cart flows, and loyalty campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing
  • Proficient in AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Writesonic)
  • Understanding of web tracking tools, UTM building, heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar)
  • Strong analytical skills and marketing ROI analysis
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI content refinement
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and AI-driven CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or AI Marketing (Coursera/Udemy/etc.)
  • Experience working with e-commerce, fashion, or retail brands a plus
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Zapier, Notion AI, Webflow)
