Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a growing healthcare startup looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive paid marketing initiatives, manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms, and optimize our digital presence through SEO and performance-driven strategies.

Salary Range - 3 lakh - 3.5 lakh per annum

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Employment: Full Time

Role and Responsibilities:

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

Paid Advertising and Marketing Campaign:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.

SEO & Website Optimization:

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website performance, metadata, and link-building activities.

Strategy & Growth:

• Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy combining paid ads + SEO.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skill:

• Proven experience (2–5 years preferred) in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Solid knowledge of SEO (on-page & off-page) best practices.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and ad management tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and retargeting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with a performance-driven mindset.
