About the Role:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to drive organic growth and brand presence across LinkedIn, our website/blog, communities, and email. You’ll plan → create → publish → measure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company + leadership LinkedIn profiles: content calendar, publishing, and engagement.

- Write & optimize blogs with SEO best practices (keywords, metadata, internal linking).

- Repurpose long-form content into posts, carousels, reels/shorts, and newsletters.

- Company/Leader on-page SEO, basic website updates (CMS), and analytics tracking.

- Plan & execute email campaigns (list building, segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability).

- Build community presence across relevant platforms, forums, and groups.

- Increase visibility and ranking on search engines.

- Track & report performance via LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0–3 years experience in Digital Marketing (strong portfolios welcomed).

- Proven LinkedIn growth and content marketing outcomes.

- Strong writing & editing (blogs, posts, emails).

- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and CMS (WordPress preferred).

- Hands-on with Google Analytics and basic creative tools (Canva, simple video edits).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to HubSpot/Zoho/Mailchimp.

- UTM tagging, basic dashboards/reporting.

- Certifications in SEO/Content/Email Marketing.
