Job Description

Google PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube networks.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to maximize ROI.
Continuously optimize ad copy, bids, targeting, and landing pages to improve Quality Score and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
Monitor daily performance metrics and implement A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Google Merchant Center Advertising (Shopping Ads)

Set up and manage Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds.
Ensure feed compliance with Google’s policies and troubleshoot feed disapprovals or errors.
Sync product listings with e-commerce backend and update attributes like pricing, stock, and promotions in real-time.
Run and optimize Google Shopping campaigns for high-converting product categories.
Collaborate with the e-commerce and design teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy of listings.

Performance Marketing

Strategize and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing tools).
Track and analyze key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate) and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure message consistency and conversion alignment.
Implement retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike strategies to scale high-performing campaigns.
Stay updated on latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes in digital marketing and apply them to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
