Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web performance metrics, and developing online marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include creating and managing content, engaging with audiences, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to enhance Talentpost’s brand presence and outreach.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the sports or performing arts industry is a plus
