Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sports Coordinator, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Sports Coordinator will oversee daily coordination of sports programs, manage scheduling and logistics, communicate with participants, and ensure the provision of training and resources. Additional responsibilities include customer service, organizing events, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for athletes.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Physical Education and Organization skills
• Knowledge and experience in Football
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work
• Passion for sports and talent development
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
• Experience in coaching or coordinating sports programs is a plus
