The person should be experienced and should have handled multiple responsibilities in a School Group/ Event management - Sports or related Industry.
Candidate should be well educated preferably BPED-MPED or MBA/ Sports Management / Bachelorsfrom Top institutewith myriad experience/ etc
Good communicationskills, people management skills and extremely hands on with MIS/ Data Management / Presentation skills/ Knowledge of AI is a must.
Should have worked in pressuresituationswherein the person was dealing with multipledepartments / multiple agencies andworking on tight timelines for managing multiple events /workforce management at the same time.
Experience - 5 yrs+
Education - BPED/ MPED/ Bachelors from TopInstitute/ Sports Management / MBA
Salary Bracket - 40-60K
Position Location - Bhubaneswar
Designation - Operation Manager - Sports -ODM Education Group.( Sports Coordinator)
Responsibility - Coordinating and managing Sports operations across ODM Schools.
