Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute various digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging Google Ads, SEO, SMM, SMO, email campaigns, and market research to optimise our digital presence and drive measurable results. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our online footprint and generate quality leads.

Responsibilities

Google Ads Campaigns

  • Create, manage, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance analysis.

SEO

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.

SMM (Social Media Marketing)

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, leads, and conversions.

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

  • Enhance brand presence by optimizing social media profiles, posts, and engagement strategies.
  • Work on increasing followers, reach, and engagement organically.

Email Campaigns

  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversion rates.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Analyze data to improve marketing strategies and increase ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content Optimization

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure website and social media content is SEO- and SMO-friendly, and optimized for user experience.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with sales, design, and other teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, including Google Ads, SEO, SMM, SMO, email marketing, and market research.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, or basic website optimization is a plus.
