Role Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage 

  automation workflows

   for lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Apollo.io.
• Design and implement 

  email marketing automation

  , including segmentation, drip campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Configure and optimize tools for 

  social media posting automation

   (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and document an 

  automation strategy

   for scalable outreach and engagement.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with content and growth teams to align messaging across channels.

Requirements

• 2–10 years

   of experience in digital marketing with a focus on 

  marketing automation

  .
• Proven expertise with tools such as 

  Apollo.io, LinkedIn automation platforms (e.g., Expandi, Sales Navigator-based workflows), HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp (or similar)

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  email deliverability, personalization, and lead nurturing workflows

  .
• Experience with 

  social media automation tools

   (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with experience in 

  A/B testing, reporting, and optimization

  .
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
