Role Description Abekus is hiring a Telecaller Executive for a full-time remote position. If you are a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and can work independently, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a vital role in lead generation and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads Respond to inbound inquiries and provide clear information about our platform and services Maintain and update call logs and CRM records with accuracy Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the conversion process Coordinate with the business development and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers through courteous communication Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities Experience in telecalling , telemarketing , or customer support is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to handle objections and turn interest into action Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply Show more Show less
