Roles & Responsibilities:

You’ll be a key player in our growth journey — strategizing, executing, learning, and iterating:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies

     to drive traffic, sign-ups, and retention
  • Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across 

    social media

    , 

    email

    , 

    SEO

    , and more
  • Track performance using 

    Google Analytics

    , 

    Tag Manager

    , and 

    Search Console

  • Create compelling content for landing pages, ads, emails, and blogs

  • Design and run lead nurturing campaigns

    and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message
  • Continuously test, learn, and experiment — 

    growth hacking mindset

     is essential


What we are looking for (Must Haves):

  • Prior experience in 

    startups

     or lean teams where you owned execution
  • A strong 

    growth-first mindset

    — you're always thinking "what can we try next?"
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Proficiency in 

    Email marketing tools

     (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SEO and content strategy
  • Proficiency in 

    Social media marketing and automation tools

  • Strong communication skills — especially in writing and campaign planning

  • Solid grasp of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

  • Experience with 

    Google Ads

    , 

    Meta Ads

    , or performance marketing
  • Portfolio of 

    growth experiments

     (even failed ones!)
  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut)
  • Familiarity with 

    A/B testing

    user journeys

     or organic outreach
