Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling ad campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team for creatives.
• Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage ad accounts, pixel integration, and conversion tracking.
• Ensure all campaigns align with brand tone, marketing goals, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
