The Opportunity: Your Role
We are hiring a results-oriented Digital Marketing Expert to spearhead our online growth. You will be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive student acquisitions. This is a critical role where your expertise in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing will directly fuel the growth of [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our business goals to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead all SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, build quality backlinks, and improve search engine rankings for relevant terms.
Performance Marketing (SEM/PPC): Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to achieve a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and high Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles, creating engaging content, running targeted campaigns, and fostering an active online community.
Content & Email Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns. Develop and manage email marketing funnels to nurture leads.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms. Use data insights to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in SEO and performance marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Core Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Meta Ads.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and CRM software.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is a significant advantage.
