We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled digital marketing specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a professional with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic digital initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google Ads: Develop, launch, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads. Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and analyze campaign performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Social Media Advertising: Strategically plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Manage our social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and fostering community interaction to build and maintain a strong brand identity.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and manage SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and off-page link-building efforts, to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, SMM, and SEO.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
