Job description We are looking for a business developer (2-4 years) who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions, and then provide clear, concise responses while working to deadlines and targets. Responsibilities: Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. Find the right jobs and write proposals for them. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions. Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements and acquisitions. Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client on time and within budget. Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals on a daily basis to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales. Requirements: Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) Proposal writing Knowledge of drafting business proposals Business development process Business sales strategy Analyze marketing trends Great interpersonal and communication skills.
