Job Description

Prospecting & Outreach
Research and identify potential clients in target verticals (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Tech). Specialize in generating new opportunities via Upwork, LinkedIn, and cold emails. Build and maintain lead lists with accurate prospect details.

Campaign Execution
Draft personalized outreach messages and proposals to prospects. Assist in setting up and running cold email sequences. Track engagement rates, responses, and conversions from outreach.

Market Research
Understand client pain points, challenges, and buying behaviors in target verticals. Monitor competitors and identify differentiation opportunities. Share research insights with the sales team to refine strategy.

Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align messaging and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets with updated prospect status. Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and learnings.

Value-Added Tasks
Experiment with AI/automation tools for prospect research and cold email personalization. Support proposal writing and case study preparation for client pitches. Explore niche channels (Slack groups, AI communities, forums) for lead generation Suggest improvements to outreach strategy based on response analysis

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development.

Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools is a plus.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
