Job Summary:


Digital Marketing Team Lead / Assistant Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for expansion and growth.


Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, traditional media, and event channels.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through targeted initiatives.


Brand Management

  • Lead and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all channels and communications.
  • Maintain strong brand positioning in the market through continuous evaluation and refinement.


Strategic Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with company leadership on long-term growth strategies including market expansion, partnerships, and product launches.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams.


Performance Measurement

  • Define KPIs and track performance of campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and budget allocation.


Market Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in marketing.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4

    + years

    of marketing experience, with at least

    3 years in a leadership role

  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
