Role Objective

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, generate high-quality B2B leads, and establish Fluido Sense as a thought leader in the fluid measurement industry. You will be responsible for managing our digital footprint across search engines, social media, and industrial B2B portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO & SEM: Optimize our website (fluidosense.com) for industry-specific keywords (e.g., "Oval Gear Flow Meter manufacturer," "Industrial Flow Measurement"). Manage Google Ads (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic from B2B buyers.
  • B2B Portal Management: Maintain and optimize our presence on industrial marketplaces like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Alibaba to ensure maximum visibility and lead flow.
  • Content Strategy: Create technical yet engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, and product updates) that speaks to engineers and procurement managers in the pharma, chemical, and oil industries.
  • Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to showcase our product innovations, successful installations, and corporate milestones.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email nurture campaigns for our existing database of OEMs and industrial clients to share product updates and technical insights.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI of paid campaigns using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on competitor activities and emerging trends in the industrial automation and flow measurement sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Engineering (preferred for technical understanding).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B manufacturing or industrial automation sector.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SEO/SEM and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and bulk emailing
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe) for basic social media posts.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical product specs into marketing benefits.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
