Role & responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs. Employee Relations and Culture: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair, confidential, and professional manner. Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages. Manage employee leave of absence programs (e.g., FMLA, sick leave, etc.). Preferred candidate profile Required Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience in a Human Resources role. like HR manager with minimum 3-4 & max. 6-7 year experience. In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. High level of emotional intelligence and an ethical mindset. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS). Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Qualification : at least MBA in HR
