Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs.

Employee Relations and Culture:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Manage employee leave of absence programs (e.g., FMLA, sick leave, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in a Human Resources role. like HR manager with minimum 3-4 & max. 6-7 year experience. In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and an ethical mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Qualification : at least MBA in HR
