About the Role: We’re looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for the music industry. The ideal candidate will manage Meta ad campaigns , handle client and in-house marketing initiatives , and lead email and Whats's app marketing efforts , while overseeing social media calendars and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) ad campaigns for both client projects and in-house brand promotions. Understand music marketing dynamics to target the right audiences based on genre, demographics, listener behavior, etc. Prepare ad performance reports , analyze results, and communicate insights with clients. 📈 In-House Promotions & Sales: Strategize and run digital campaigns to promote the company’s services and drive conversions. Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align on promotional messaging. ✉️ Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns for inbound, outbound, and re-engagement (inactive) audiences. Write compelling copy and subject lines that convert, with a solid grasp of email marketing platforms and content strategy . 📅 Social Media Management: Maintain and manage a social media content calendar for in-house accounts. Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely delivery and performance tracking of posts. Requirements: 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing , ideally with a focus on the entertainment or music industry . Expertise in Meta Ads Manager , email marketing tools (like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar), and analytics/reporting tools. Strong content writing skills and an understanding of copy that sells . Knowledge of audience targeting , sales funnels , and remarketing strategies . Self-starter with excellent time management and client communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience in music marketing or familiarity with music distribution platforms. Working knowledge of Google Ads , LinkedIn Ads , or Spotify Ad Studio .
