About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in driving online growth, lead generation, and brand awareness through multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and creative vision to execute performance-driven marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. Execute and monitor SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies to improve online visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics. Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing processes. Create data-driven performance reports to measure ROI and suggest continuous improvements. Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-based marketing tools, and algorithm changes. Required Skills & Expertise: · Proven experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Paid Ad Management. · Strong understanding of Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B testing. · Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. · Experience with WordPress / CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge (preferred). · Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
