Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. • understands job requirements and define selection criteria. • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting. • Screen resumes & 1st Round of candidate screening take telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for Final Manager round. Negotiate Salary and joining formalities.

Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries about products and services. Manage walk-in customer records. Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer handling. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Mechanical Automobile Technician Knowledge of mechanical tools and their use case. Understanding the Vehicle parts. Knowledge of Part assembly. Metal part cutting tools and welding machine. Tools as multi meter, clamp meter. Knowledge of wire soldering and wire cutting and clamping tools. Knowledge to read wire diagrams. Electrical part testing, problem finding and solving. 2 wheeler driving.
